The Energy Policy Act of 2005 changed the dates for switching to and from Daylight Saving Time in the U.S. Beginning in 2007, DST will begin on the second Sunday in March (March 11th) and end the first Sunday in November, (November 4th). This change will affect just about every security system that has been installed since the 1990's, especially those who use the access control systems. Directions for making this adjustment can be found in your owner’s manual. If you do not have your owner’s manual please call our Customer Service Department for further assistance.
